A házban 2 db 4+1 (esetleg 4+2) fős apartman kiadó. Mindegyik apartman 2 hálószobából, egy nappaliból (ahol kihúzható kanapé van) egy fürdőszobából, egy különálló WC-ből és egy konyha-étkezőből áll. Kábeltévé áll a vendégek rendelkezésére. A parkolás az udvarban ingyenes.
Házirend: A bejelentkezés 14.00 órától 18.00 óráig lehetséges. A vendégeknek az elutazás napján 10.00 óráig el kell hagyniuk a szálláshelyet. A szállásdíj az idegenforgalmi adót nem tartalmazza. Kisállat a szálláshelyre nem vihető be. A végtakarítás árát a szállásdíj tartalmazza. A szálláshelyen csak a szálláshelyre bejelentkezett vendégek tartózkodhatnak.

The shore of Lake Balaton is approx. 800-900 m, bus station and train station approx. 200 m, the shop is approx. 400 m from the house. In the house there are 2 peaces 4 + 1 (possibly 4 + 2) person apartments for rent. Each apartment has 2 bedrooms, a living room (with pull-out sofa), a bathroom, a separate toilet and a kitchen-dining area. Cable TV is at guests’ disposal. Parking in the yard is free of charge.
House rule: Check-in is possible from 14.00 to 18.00. Guests must leave the property on the day of departure until 10:00. The accommodation fee does not include tourist tax. Pets are not allowed at the property. The price of the final cleaning is included in the accommodation price. Only tenants can be accommodated in the apartments.

In dem Haus gibt es 2 Stücke 4 + 1 (möglicherweise 4 + 2) Personen Wohnungen zu vermieten. Jedes Apartment verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer (mit ausziehbarem Sofa), ein Badezimmer, ein separates WC und eine Küche mit Essbereich. Kabel-TV steht den Gästen zur Verfügung. Parken im Hof ist kostenlos.
Politik: Der Check-in ist von 14:00 bis 18:00 Uhr möglich. Sie müssen die Unterkunft am Tag der Abreise bis 10:00 Uhr verlassen. Die Unterkunftsgebühr beinhaltet keine Kurtaxe.
